1. Can I get a sample? Yes, each product has a "Paypal"option you can click on to buy a sample . If you are not comfortable ordering through paypal or would like to request a special sample please go to our "Contact Us" page to fill out a request and we will send you a paypal invoice. 2. How long will it take to assemble and ship orders? It depends on your what you are ordering. For standard invitations and programs, after you approve your proof it takes 2-3 weeks to assemble and ship your items. Programs tend to take longer to make then invitations. Custom designs can take up to 5 weeks to assemble and ship. 3. Do you accept RUSH orders? Yes!! We do accept them. There is a 25% upcharge added to a rush order. If it does, we will redo the order to your satisfaction! That's why it is very important to double check all proofs before approving them! 5. How do I order from you? There are three ways to order: by email at orders@pinkorchidinvitations.net, via our Order page, and by clicking on the "Buy Now" links next to the products. Quotes are also answered via the "Contact Us" form. If you order via the "Buy Now" links we will send you a form to fill out for your wording and details. 6. How do I pay? We invoice our clients via Paypal's secure payment system which accepts, debit and credit cards. It protects our clients and it protects us, so we use it as our main payment system. We also accept money orders and personal checks as payment. Checks are to be made out to Pink Orchid Invitations and sent to: P.O Box 815 State College, PA. 16804 6. How do you ship? We ship samples via regular mail unless requested otherwise. Regular Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. All orders incur a flat shipping fee of $7.95. Rushes may be different depending on your time frame. If you live in Canada the order will be shipped Priority Mail international and will incur a flat shipping fee of $25.95. Sorry, we do not ship to other countries at the moment. 7. How can I contact you? You can contact us at any time via email and can expect a reply within hours. We do not have a storefront at the moment as we are strictly a design business online. It keeps our costs low and the prices very affordable for our clients.
